This Thursday, I’m in an exhibition called ‘18C‘ at Blak Dot Gallery!

The exhibition is displaying artworks, installations, writing, and spoken-word monologues to protest the racist proposed 18C law changes here in Australia. I’ve drawn an exclusive Zunfa Comics cartoon for it, printed out giant-sized and hung on the wall! There are so many other talented artists’ works on display, and I am so excited to be involved in protesting against societal racism. I’ve seen some of the other works and… no, I won’t spoil anything. But phwoar you’re in for some really great stuff.

Not only do I have a comic on display, I’m also opening the exhibition (!!!) by doing live drawings on glass with David Blumenstein and Sarah Howell from Squishface Studio. That’s gonna be a sight!

Blak Dot Gallery is at 413 Lygon Street in East Brunswick, just a short tram ride from the city. If you’re in Melbourne, the exhibition opens at 6:30pm on April 17th. Come and have a look, say hi, and help to tell the government what we think of institutionalising racism.
